Priority Search

This search model provides the same level of commitment as a traditional retained executive search without the exorbitant upfront cost.  It is preferred for middle-management and/or executive level positions that need special attention due to confidentiality, urgency or a unique skill-set.


​A modest engagement fee is paid upon commencement of the search and a contingency fee is due upon its successful completion.  The engagement fee is credited toward the total.


This model works best for critical positions where highly sought-after passive candidates are needed.
