Drawing on more than thirty-five years of expertise as a Recruiter, Matt Seegers has established a robust standing within the Executive Search community. Recognized for his strong work ethic, unwavering integrity, and ability to unearth the cream of the crop in a fiercely competitive market, he takes pride in fostering enduring connections with both clients and candidates.

Matt's educational background includes Communications from UCLA, where he remains actively engaged as the Career Day Keynote Speaker for the Accounting & Finance Certification Program. Commencing his professional journey in 1982 with a boutique executive search firm in Century City, his entrepreneurial roots fueled the ambition to establish his own venture. In 1986, he founded Seegers & Associates - Financial Executive Search.
