Who You Are

 

  • Someone with full-cycle experience (from sourcing to closing) in acquisitions and/or development projects

  • Proven track record of success in creating and implementing acquisitions and development strategy

  • A progressive thinker who is comfortable with rapid growth and do not require large budgets and support staff to be effective

  • A problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions and isn’t afraid of tight deadlines

 

The Role

 

  • Responsible for supervising, developing, and implementing multiple revenue-generating branches

  • Overseeing ongoing acquisitions, new property developments, and procurement of new facility management opportunities

  • Develop expertise of the market in your region to ensure business objectives are met and coincide with the yearly goals of the company

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Become an expert on the local commercial real estate market to identify new development opportunities

  • Creating goals and implementing a strategy to ensure business and financial objectives are met

  • Research new acquisition opportunities that fit the company needs and goals

  • Utilize our 3rd party management program as a way to partner with existing commercial property owners

  • Assisting project consultants with the coordination and creation of plans to obtain the required entitlements

  • Create relationships with vendors, consultants, suppliers, and general contractors to recommend the appropriate teams for new construction projects

  • Coordinate with financial analysts to assist with financial underwriting for development projects

  • Oversee some onsite meetings of projects to ensure that timelines and budget requirements are met

 

Required Experience

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in deal sourcing for commercial real estate

  • Proven track record of success from sourcing to closing in development projects and/or acquisitions

  • Effectively work with a small budget for an early-stage organization

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities, excellent time management, highly detailed and organized

  • Excellent communicator, including experience and comfortable with public speaking

  • A proactive, ambitious attitude that would thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
