Summary:
​​
In this role you will work closely with the CFO to build and grow your team and oversee all aspects of accounting/reporting.
​
Responsibilities: ​

Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements

Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Finance Department, ensuring all policies and procedures reflect compliance with current banking regulations and state and federal laws

Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead efforts to implement

Support the Chief Financial Officer
Requirements:
-
CPA Required; Big-4 public accounting experience preferred

Knowledge of bank accounting and regulations, investments, interest rate risk management and funds management
-
Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with a strong team of managers
-
6+ industry experience preferred
