Who You Are:

You are an experienced CPA with a passion for addressing complex accounting issues in a high growth environment. You’re on the hunt for a position where you get to take ownership of this new position by creating and implementing policies and procedures, and you have the skills to work well both independently and as part of a growing team.

The Role:

The right candidate will have combination of public accounting and private industry experience with the ability to build efficient accounting processes and an internal control system.

In this role, you will be advancing the company’s operational procedures, maximizing investment performance, improving reporting, and utilizing data and technology to help set the organization apart from the competition.
Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for all aspects of accounting, budgeting and financial reporting

Creating accounting policies and procedures to improve internal processes
-
Improve reporting for internal use of management and executives
-
Ensure reporting is accurate, useful, and systematic
-
Oversee implementation of NetSuite
-
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and company treasury
-
Create and implement internal controls and processes
-
Prepare statutory filings
-
Prepare corporate budgets through financial data analysis
-
Collaborate with outside CPA to present financial statement audits and complete tax returns
-
Make strategic plan recommendations to company executives
-
Support the CFO in budgeting and financial planning, and help gauge company performance
Requirements:

CPA

Highly organized and ability to meet strict deadlines

Efficient and excellent at prioritizing ever-changing tasks

Extremely detail-oriented

Computer savvy, highly proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel expert

Excellent interpersonal skills
