Summary:

​In this role you report to the Senior Director, VP and SVP of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting and will be responsible for maintaining accounting policies, implementing new accounting standards and performing complex technical accounting assessments. 

​

Responsibilities: 

• Research technical accounting matters

• Support the complete mergers and acquisitions cycle

• Review contracts, evaluate and communicate accounting consequences of potential transactions 

• Ensure compliance with internal control policies in SOX environment 

​

Requirements:​

• 6+ years public accounting and private industry experience 

• Big-4 preferred

• CPA highly desired

• Experience in a technical accounting research and assessments
