Summary:

In this role, you will report directly to the CFO and will supervise/mentor employees.

​

Responsibilities:

• Assist Executive Management in the creation. implementation and updating of company budget

• Analyze, identify, interpret and evaluate financial, accounting, cost and trend reports

• Review owner contracts, leasing, cash flow forecasting and budgeting

• Participate in contract negotiations 

​

Requirements:​

• CPA or CMA preferred 

• 8+ years Real Estate Development experience

• JD Edwards experience desired
