Summary:

​

In this role, you will report to the Tax Director and will be involved in all aspects of real estate tax compliance for individuals, partnerships and S Corps.

​

Responsibilities: ​

Research various tax issues, including the ability to present findings in a clear and concise written form. 

Act as a resource for outside tax preparers and accounting team on specific tax issues and/or questions

Manage multiple returns and priorities simultaneously 

Respond to various Federal and State inquiries and notices 

​

Requirements:

• CPA Required

• Big-4 public accounting experience preferred

• 4+ years tax experience in real estate industry
