Summary:

In this role you will work closely with the CFO, CAO and SVP Finance, and oversee all aspects of financial reporting.
​
Responsibilities: ​

Supervise a five person team, including two Senior Managers

Review consolidated financial statements, footnotes and related supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP and SEC requirements

Manage Company's technical accounting function

Manage and review stock-based compensation reporting and compliance
​
Requirements:

CPA Required
-
Big-4 public accounting experience preferred
-
6+ industry experience preferred
​
