Do you have what it takes to be the Corporate Controller of a highly complex international real estate investment firm?

 

Summary:

​

Working closely with the CFO, CAO and other key stakeholders, you will oversee all aspects of corporate accounting and reporting.

​

Responsibilities: ​

• Supervise a team of highly skilled and credentialed professionals

• Serve as primary accounting contact for investment team members - advise stakeholders regarding the accounting implications of proposed transactions

• Manage Company's technical accounting and reporting function

• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies

• Lead and model a "continuous improvement" mindset; encourage and lead the adoption of technology-based solutions and enhancements

Requirements:

• CPA Required; Big-4 public accounting experience preferred  

• 10+ years Real Estate or Investment/Asset Management industry experience

• Familiarity with third-party service providers

• Large ERP system experience
