Summary:

​

In this role you will work closely with the CFO, CAO and SVP Finance, and oversee all aspects of financial reporting.

​

Responsibilities: ​

• Supervise a five person team, including two Senior Managers

• Review consolidated financial statements, footnotes and related supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP and SEC requirements

• Manage Company's technical accounting function

• Manage and review stock-based compensation reporting and compliance

​

Requirements:

• CPA Required

• Big-4 public accounting experience preferred  

• 6+ industry experience preferred
