Summary:
In this role you lead and manage the external financial reporting function.
Responsibilities:

Manage the preparation and analysis of SEC filings including maintenance of supporting documents

Responsible for the preparation and review of deliverables

Monitor/interpret SEC/GAAP guidance, research technical accounting issues and prepare memorandums to document
Requirements:
-
6+ years public accounting and private industry experience
-
Big-4 preferred
-
CPA highly desired
