Summary:

​In this role you lead and manage the external financial reporting function.

​

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the preparation and analysis of SEC filings including maintenance of supporting documents

• Responsible for the preparation and review of deliverables 

• Monitor/interpret SEC/GAAP guidance, research technical accounting issues and prepare memorandums to document 

​

Requirements:​

• 6+ years public accounting and private industry experience 

• Big-4 preferred

• CPA highly desired
