Opportunity to lead one of the key functions within the Company and grow into an important leadership position in Accounting!

​Responsibilities:

• Oversight of monthly/quarterly construction cash spending reports, budget revisions and development invoice processing

• Monitor and provide recommendations surrounding qualifying activities for capitalization of pre-construction costs, interest and overhead for all development and redevelopment projects

• Work closely with management and project managers to understand the real estate business and assist with preparing reporting disclosures for SEC and Investor reporting

• Assist with the onboarding of joint ventures with development and redevelopment opportunities

• Prepare development and construction budgeting and return analysis, as needed

Requirements:

10+ years experience: combination of Big-4 public accounting and private industry preferred

CPA required 

JD Edwards software experiences a plus
